For the documentation, Netjets offers First officers over 10000€ a month plus twice as many days off as at SN... They know personnel are the essential key to a well-working company and treat their people very nicely!! Very tempting...especially for the actual SN captains... And it takes over 5 year...

For the cockpit crew they are recruiting external cuz they need qualified people for the first 6 months. .. This operation of OO-TUC looks more like a third world ops. If it was not to carry pax, I would smile, but this become very serious........
There is room for more LH planes in Belgium, just lease some in good shape.
