Hello, seen this morning at 06:50 : a Transavia B737 on short final for CRL.
Any info about the reason of this quite unusual visitor ?
Thanks.

Spotting at Strasbourg (SXB)
Hello, I would like to go to Strasbourg during Christmas holidays. I intend to visit the city but also to do some spotting at SXB.
Do you have any tips / personal experience about spotting there ?
Thanks in advance for your answers.

I usually spot during week-ends. I live very close to CRL, so I sometimes stop a few moments on my way back home after work (usually between 17:30 and 18:00), but in order to spend 2 or 3 hours at the different spots around the runway I have to wait for Saturdays or Sundays :? . About the pics, I so...

Hello, First of all EBCI is not Liège / Bierset but Charleroi (CRL), the 2 MI-26T are parked there for more than 2 years now, I can see them every day while going to work. Some maintenance is performed from time to time (for instance replacing rotor blades), but no flights at all. Last year local au...

I remember having seen space shuttle Enterprise on its 747 doing a flyby over CRL in 1983, as main attraction of an airshow that took place that day. The other great attraction was an AF Concorde standing on static display the whole day and taking off in the late afternoon, taking the winners of a c...

According to CNN coverage : - A passenger said all the lights went down in the cabin just before the landing (maybe due to a lightning ?), but the landing was OK; after that it was obvious that the captain got problems with the brakes and could not stop the plane before the end of the runway - A wit...
