There is an english american flag were you can click to put in English. But what I miss the most is that you can't select Brussels in the list.

Well, Regi, then you are really lucky you never had longer delays. I have seen on almost every airlines at the airport of Brussels longer delays then 3 hours. This just happens to all of them. Indeed very good action of the KLM crew and also from schiphol. I really think the placement of these machines is a good acquisition for the airport there. Also I think that they might start to invest for this type of machines in Brussels too and start training the airport workers to use it ofcourse...
