I went on one of thier tours in April, it wasn't like this kind, we paid something like...250 for a personal small group tour. Tour of the new pier and a bus ride, it was really fun. Shame I missed this one too....

I once saw a guy on the hill right behind runway 25R and next to 20. Does anyone know how to get to that spot?

Spottting Locations near 20/25R

I am a little familiar with the locations near 25R and 20, but I have tried to find the spot on the hill, I have seen one person there, but I coldn't figure out how to get there. I would like to go spotting Friday and go to that spot, if not I'll watch rotation on 20.

Runway 20 in use?

I've noticed over the past few days that runway 20 has been used and 25L hasn't. Is there any reason for this? All I can come up with is weather conditions. I've noticed again and again, planes flying right over my house, they normally do, but this time from the north east. The United flight has ...

I would think if going to pier A the pilot would make a long landing run, applying no breaks.. untill the end

This, high approach, probably is the result of an visual approach..

I don't think the landing was done for convience, again as I said, if that were the case then there would be more ...

The pilot did not go around. I have seen many Avros go in and I assume most went to Pier A, they have alway landed in the norms. I don't think they would do this just to shorten taxi time, if that was the case, then we would be seeing more planes doing this, and we don't. Its great to be a part of ...

I saw that L1011 that day taking off on 7R, I tried to video it, but a Delta 767 to Atlanta was the only thing on audio. I got a nice photo of it!
I've also seen TF-FIB to many times!! Nice to see that some titles have been put on it

OO-DJF Abnormal Landing 8-7-2004

While spotting next to runway 2, I witnessed this landing! Anyone familiar with that area should see what is not normal with it.
