I was in Stockholm trying to find a cheap o/w ticket to Oslo. A travel agent booked me on AEROFLOT Stockholm - Oslo (then Fornebu) flight for the price of a rail ticket ! The plane originated from (then) USSR ,did a stop to ARN and continued to Oslo. I was the only passenger ...

Hope your next charter flight will be to Thessaloniki (Chalkidiki is a really nice summer destination and SKG airport interesting spotting place during peak season).

I don't think they will be any A380 flights to ANC or DEN. I bet the first will be to JFK,LAX,ORD and maybe MIA.

Very rare in Greece, eventhough the weather is hot and we have a lot of mountains. And certainly not as the ones you get. (Never experienced any thunderstorm on any flight. I guess Im lucky).

Well, when a r/t ticket SKG/ATH-FRA-SKG/ATH starts at 130 euros (plus tx) and a r/t ticket SKG/ATH-LIS-SKG/ATH is about 300 euros (plus tx)then a 800 euros charter tkt is MORE than expensive.

Chartered flights for Greek football funs used (mostly ex ATH) Scandic's and Royal Jordanian's aircrafts as well as Aegean's (ex SKG).

The price for r/t same day was 880 - 950 euro (incl tickets for the game and transportation from/to apt). For the overnight add 150 euros pp.
