As said a person before, regardless the price (which is a very bad argument), a storm is a force majeure, so no obligation to refund, that's it

False, even when there is a force majeure there is the obligation from the airline the reimburse the ticket + assistance. See my previous post, and see ...

Hello,

As a last year law student, I made some research on this topic.

- First of all bad weather is indeed considered as extraordinary circonstances by a large part of the doctrine. You don't need to have a thunderstorm. When the plane cannot land/take off because of weather, even if it is for an ...

Ryanair is not obliged to offer any assistance when there is exeptional circonstances. The EU regulation exlude any obligation from the carrier in such case.

Same thing apply when there is strike : it is an exeptional circonstances and carrier are waived from any obligation.

A fine is related to the penal aspect. Obviously, eating in a plane is not forbidden by any law, and cannot be subject of a fine.

However, the forbiden of food in the Skybus plane is a contractual obligation wich both skybus and the custumer (when he purchase the ticket) agree. Therefore ...

Things that I noticed with FR:

- Booking too much in advance might not be optimal. When I booked a flight six month in advance at a reasonable price, often i see a lower price afterwards when I recheck for a quote.

- Their cheapest fares can be found on route where there is a high frequency ...

I'm more angry against the managment of CRL ...

Yes, I also agree to Waldova about the interior of the planes.
