Yes, that's what it shows as. Hopefully those with access to better information will be able to clarify. It could be a misfiled plan? The UAL2571 flight number has been used for troop flights in the past.

Do you know if and when D-CODE visited ANR? I was there from 14:45 to 15:20 but I didn't see it, so maybe it left earlier?

Looks like CGI to me too, though its configuration seems to be based on the Kalinin K-7. As far as I know, all Tupolev aircraft from that era (1930's) were taildraggers, which rules them out.
