It looks like there was a little emergency with HB-JDH A20N, causing all other 07L arrivals to hold before being redirected to RWY01.

Re: Brussels Airport (BRU) infrastructure: future
This seems to be a very substantial building for car rental, knowing that several floors are expected to be used as staff parking.
Would you happen to have any numbers on how many cars are being rented per year at BRU?

Re: Brucargo 2026: new routes, news
Finally saw the new (meh) colors of Air Zeta today. Just read that in November 2025 Air Zeta had re-confirmed VIE as their 'primary European hub', while BRU is just an 'important destination'.

Re: Brucargo 2026: new routes, news
It's indeed a new (temporary?) service. As far as I understand, Central Airlines may just have turned some of their e-commerce air traffic away from CDG/France and into Belgium, since France has recently introduced new taxes on small parcels. However new similar Belgian taxes and EU taxes may be on ...

Re: Brucargo 2026: new routes, news
Someone kindly messaged me saying that only 1 out of the 7 747s of the SQC fleet would have been operational during this Chinese New Year period. Quite astonishing to see how much of the global traffic is depending on China's manufacturing base, despite of having a worldwide network.

SQ will be back next Sunday.
Glad to hear. I had asked GROK AI for some explanation but apparently it was not capable to make the simple link with ...
