Strange times that an E190 at ANR now has to be highlighted, when in the recent past one or two of them (TUIfly) were permanently based there.


Maybe because this time it is a BA Cityflyer one, a not so common visitor at ANR? ;)

As far as I know, the EU261/2004 on passenger rights does apply, even in the Covid-19 situation.
TAP being an EU airline, they are obliged to apply that Regulation.
Therefore, if it is TAP that cancelled your flights, you have the right to a full refund of your ticket (the airline may offer ...

Maybe you can try clicking on contact us, then "complaint about your flight" and then select "prior to travel" in the droplist under "when did it occur"? Don't know if you already tried that - and if it will help.
