Re: Brussels Airlines' fleet renewal
I wonder why won't they finish with mixed liveries first. OO-SFF is the only one left with its livery base left from SQ.

Re: Brussels Airlines' fleet renewal
In the press release regarding their 2024 financial year, SN said
Brussels Airlines will add two aircraft to its own fleet (one Airbus 330 for long-haul flights and one Airbus 320 for short- and medium-haul flights) and has a wet-lease contract with Air Baltic, which will operate 4 Airbus 220 ...

Re: Economy Seats; Which Airlines are best...?
I completely agree with the points raised about legroom and seat width making a big difference in economy class comfort. One thing I’ve noticed is that seat configuration plays a huge role—airlines that squeeze in 10 seats across on a Boeing 777 or 9 on a 787 often compromise comfort significantly ...

Re: Brussels Airlines in 2025
I do not know, but as a comparison, from the 7 A332 acquired second hand for Eurowings, all the 4 coming from EVA Air from Taiwan were very problematic and at the end of the day they ended as scrap. To the contrary, those coming from Qatar Airway from a hot and dry environment are flying today ...

Re: Brussels Airlines' fleet renewal
How long should OO-SSY remain in SN fleet? Rumors had it that it would be taken for just 2 years. And if nothing has changed, it has just around 1 month remaining time.

Re: Brussels Airlines' fleet renewal
When OO-SNN (Eurowings colours) in Brussels Airlines colours? It is already flying for more than 5 years in EW livery for SN? Tx
Well, maybe the interval between paint jobs also depends on quality?

Re: Brussels Airlines' fleet renewal
OO-SFB came back from JFK this morning and I assume it will now go for repainting to CHR. If I get it well from some people here on the forum, that should take around 2 weeks (also for an A333?)
If it will fly there for a repaint, then not earlier than around 05.06. as the paintshop in CHR is now ...

Re: Brussels Airlines in 2024
I read on luchtvaartnieuws:
Lufthansa, Swiss and Austrian to get wifi on board on short haul flights.
Why don't they add SN to this list?
Also, SN seems to have a lot of issues at the start of the new year, strikewise. I hope they can manage all these problems soon. An angry workforce does not ...

Re: Brussels Airlines in 2023
In the meantime, OO-SNO has just got a 2 days retrofit and became the first one to get the new Geven Essenza seat, instead of the Recaro one, to allign with the Lufthansa group. This is a major improvement for PAX comfort and will allow in the futur the possibility to get USB port.
Do you have ...

I guess it would be just a partial repaint of the tail? It was freshly repainted at EW not long ago.crew1990 wrote: 12 Apr 2023, 23:24 OO-SNP to be ferries soon to EMA for repainting into star alliance livery
