advice needed - travelling to Ghana
hi there, I plan to go to Ghana (Accra) shortly on SN. I had COVID not long ago. the airline tells me that my certificate of recovery will trump a positive PCR test - which I suspect I will get given that COVID lives in your body for a while... so, while I think there's reasonable chances I should b...

No agreement was reached during the negotiations. hi there, I understand there's talk about Brussels airlines cabin crew striking in the coming days. How reliable is that information? Wow. What kind of cargo, do you think? And would this be Covid-related? I assume Virgin sees this as an opportunity to make some money?

Re: flights to the Sahel
So you mean they would've let the wheel spin until the pilots think it's stopped and then retract it?

flights to the Sahel
Hi, Just landed on SN255 from Bru to Ouagadougou. 1. The plane kept flaps 1 - is this so air can circulate better around the wing for cooling? 2. On take off to Ivory Coast, it literally backtracked and reversed at the end of the runway, and waited at least 15 minutes or so. Other airplanes and a he...

Re: Anomalies in BRU-ANR-CRL-LGG-OST in 2019
Does anyone know why so many planes are parked in this area? Doesn't seem like it's a temporary parking space. Clearly the Finair and Baltic are moving passengers. I'd the airport so busy this morning or something? Thanks

Re: Anomalies in BRU-ANR-CRL-LGG-OST in 2018
Well if they were US'an (or at least NATO), as I suspected, that would explain they knew what to do to legally cross the SHAPE airspace. Why they wanted to fly there is still a bit of a mistery... Also, if they can afford to use a jet for this type of flight, I can see no lack of military budgets :...

I couldn't say, but he is mighty close to violating the reserved airspace around the NATO installations at Casteau... Photography seems little likely, but perhaps (procedural) training? NB if you have ever stood next to a CL604, you won't call it a "little" jet anymore :) Thanks. I though...

Can someone explain what this means? Thought air Belgium lost Chinese partner and was going to focus on ACMI, not scheduled flights? Thanks

Re: Air Belgium in 2018
BRU proofs that they are fine for high and low yield, for low cost and legacy, ànd for whatever aircraft. Vueling and easyJet reduced their ops at BRU significantly, Ryanair doesn’t expand and Brussels Airlines is struggling to survive. The climate doesn’t look that healthy to me. No healthy climat...

This morning, red devils a320 and rackham A320 were following each other en route to CDG. 15 mins apart, tops. Is this normal schedul? Or just meeting abnormal demand? Would've thought those flights are near empty, at least on the outbound.
