In your design, just take an aircraft, place it onto the newly designed stands and then place other aircraft onto the existing stands... You will see, the necessary space isn t available...

It might well be that by adding 2 medium stands on the connector, 2 or 3 stands from pier A and B need to be removed... Don't forget that aircraft need to be pushed out of the gate...
I do believe that the one designing the pier have tought about this...

Hi anyone a view on the descend profile, was it an idle descend all the way down from its cruising level?

Income from retail is indeed really important, I cannot imagine that closing a taxiway is that detrimental, you still have 2 taxiways at the other side of the Pier, what is/can be the impact...

Although following the liberal unions controllers performed work on rules...
The union BGATC was apparently against this as seen on the news... Aren t there issues when one is working with procedure a and the other with procedure b?
