LUX: identify plane?
I noticed a plane flying apparently low and with high speed over the Kirchberg district of Luxembourg-city yesterday.
The plane also shows up in Flightradar:

Flightradar indicates it just left the LUX airport, and flew with 249 knot at 1375 feet ...
