This for many different reasons but mainly because I had some very bad experiences.

Blijkbaar zijn er toch nog mensen binnen het bedrijf die om service geven, zoals Kathleen24 die registreerde op deze site.
Maar blijkbaar was ook haar inbreng te vergeefs !

Als zéér goeie klant van Jetair/TUI/Sunjets kan ik enkel nog zeggen dat het jammer is hoe deze onderneming met zijn klanten omgaat !. Loyaliteit maakt echter geen verschil, waar sta je op lange termijn als bedrijf met zo'n ingeteldheid ?.

Vandaag heb ik de nodige juridische stappen ondernomen ...

Zaterdag 24/11 Vlucht Luik - Las Palmas Gran Canaria met JetAirFly (JAF6393).

Bij aankomst op de luchthaven vertraging wegens mist in Oostende (1,5 uur).
Prima opgelost, gratis drankje tijdens het wachten.

Bij aankomst vliegtuig meteen plaats genomen aan boord.
Mijn reisgenoot voelde zich plots ...

Once Ryanair tries to be more like SouthWest Airlines ( "Real"service and connecting flights ) it can grow much bigger !. But as long the money roles inn, why change ?.

As always with Ryanair, the customer is so wrong !.

Een vlucht van de Ierse lagekostenmaatschappij Ryanair van Valencia naar Charleroi heeft dinsdagavond af te rekenen gekregen met een brandstoflek op het tarmac. Na tweeënhalf uur wachten konden de passagiers toch nog naar België.
