The main problem of bruair management towards pilots but also towards every other employee at bruair is simply respect.
They spend years to break up any cy spirit and to consider poeple like objects (if you.re not happy go away,we have 1000 waiting at the door),this is NOT a good management ...

Brussels airlines positioning is bad,even nonexistant...
Nobody takes sn by choice,they are not the cheapest (and will never be as structure was inherited by sabena,it is impossible to compete with light structures type ryan or easy) so they dont attract price ...
