Another 1990s MVT-7000 comes in to the scanner hospital..and another happy ending.

Glad you are still getting good service from your Yupi mvt-7000, its 28 years or so since it was manufactured so if it has been chugging away scanning the airband all this time ..its been epic value for money ! 8-)
Silly question...I wager you wouldnt swap for a shiny new ubc ...

You may recall the MVT-7100..hugely popular but there was an earlier (and some would say.. better) model, the MVT-7000.

As far as I know Bahamasair do not fly to Grand Cayman, and Cayman Airways do not fly to Nassau or any of the Bahamas.

Passengers going to GCM via NAS are not allowed to leave the aircraft at Nassau. There are no transit lounge arrangements at NAS.
So, the aircraft taxis to the stand and the engines and apu are shut down. The doors are opened and most of the ...
