too? swissport isn't understaffed. they just lost 12% of their flights and even more if you count in bags

No. Fact is, It was JAF itself. They place staff at gates and do part of the boarding themselves..
The boy passed the JAF employee let him pass without acting on it. It's of course easier to blame the handler, specially if you are just about to dump them ...
