There is one other airline that flies between CDG and BRU: ET (Ethiopian Airlines) with a B767. Do they have traffic rights? I guess that many seats should be available after the passengers from Addis Ababa to Paris have disembarked.
SN has codeshare on ET BRU<>CDG so there must be seats available ...

If I'm correct CO (on the second daily flight) and UA(on the first daily flight) also have codeshares on the BRU-CDG flights, so not only 9W and AFI connection indeed. But it's sure that (almost) all pax on these BRU-CDG fligths are connection pax (US, AFI, India).

According to the archives of 'De Tijd' (Belgian financial newspaper, formerly 'Financieel Economische Tijd'):
