Destination was Ostend, not Brussels.

The aircraft flew over Ostend at low altitude, but eventually landed in Brussels.


ADS-B data show that the aircraft did land in Ostend, and took off some time after...
FR24 data are not complete, maybe radar data were hidden for security reasons ...

and the program from Antwerp seems reduced to a one aircraft operation (only AGP, ALC, PMI and TFS). About the same as previous winter, I would think. If INN would not come back, then that would be a reduction. If I remember well LPA was already out of previous winter's schedule.

Only business flights were 5% up.

TUI fly's OO-ETC Tenerife-Antwerp, squawking 7700 overhead Nantes and "diverted" to BRU, following a "technical (ECAM) error msg".
Given ANR's current MET-conditions, divertion to BRU would most likely have happened anyway.

Engine issues, presumably. I saw it in the vicinity of Hangar 40 a few days ago with the #2 engine missing and the nacelle etc. taped up.
Though I don’t know anything about the exact nature of the issue(-s).

While Flightradar24 is only guessing the diversion airport and in cases where ground receiver coverage is poor, that leads occasionally to incorrect guesses being made by FR24.
But in this case something else was going on. Once SN3289 was halfway between Cyprus and Israel, both FR24 and ADS-B ...
