It seems that a political plan was made to have 100% recup of cost for the BE-CAA-services. BE-CAA made a proposal for a new scale of charges. Beside the mentioned PAX-tax, an increase of 100 to 500% or even more for the different services (exams, licenses, CoA/ARC, maintenance programs, approvals ...
