I flew with Tunisair a few years ago. The flight going out from BRU was on a 737 and was ok, though the seat I was sat on, nearly came apart when I got up to go to the toilets. The food was ok but don't drink their tea which is disgusting.

Quite an interesting documentary and at a times shocking. But like all the investigative documentaries they only show you what they want you to see. The 2 air hostesses in disguise were on the job for 5 months so in most jobs and airlines you will find lapses in customer service, safety, security ...

Would you or someone else know if they have any clue as to where a luggage may be in the hold (loaded first, middle, last cart)?

I'm thinking of when a passenger doesn't show up at the gate but there luggage is in the hold and needs to be removed.

Let's say a flight goes from Brussels to Sevilla via Madrid.

Is the baggage separated in the hold to allow easy and quick unloading when the plane stops in Madrid before continuing to Sevilla (with passengers on board who boarded at BRU)?

BA often uses a B767 to NCE, used to have a 767 to BRU too and I think still uses a 767 to FRA as well as other high capacity short haul European routes.

BA launched special World offers for September so for £107 rtn I will fly with them as it's actually cheaper than Turkish or Easy Jet for the dates I want and I get to fly from Heathrow and on a 767 on both legs and lands at Istanbul's main airport:-)
