Re: Brussels Airlines in 2020
Passengers are not stupid. AF / KL reimbursed me for everything in 6 weeks: two long haul. Transavia and Finnair have each reimbursed me one in 1 month ... Vueling too ! Brussels airlines has not reimbursed anything since March, as far as I am concerned! March, you read that right ... March 2020. Wi...

Re: Impact of the coronavirus crisis on aviation
Dutch consumers report that Ryanair refund their Covid-19-cancelled-flights by sending a bank check. When the passengers go to their bank to collect it, the bank charges € 35 costs. https://radar.avrotros.nl/forum/overig-juridisch-financieel-f93/ryanair-stuurt-3-cheques-die-ik-niet-kan-innen-t19548...

Re: Brussels Airlines in 2020
I bought tickets for my partner and myself for a festival. About 480€ in total. I don’t even have the choice for a refund... I still can eat, drink and pay my bills. I know the refunds take way to long but at least you will get your money back some day. Everybody knows by now that you all are right...

Re: Brussels Airlines in 2020
I am perfectly aware that SN fans find it normal that a company which has received state aid has still not reimbursed injured passengers for nearly a year. Without info, without perspective and strongly requested to take tickets which will undoubtedly be canceled. A way to get cash cheaply but with ...

Re: Brussels Airlines in 2020
We are very close to the definition of breach of trust... I think at this point we can say they're no longer refunding or just refusing refunds for the time To be honest, I had some issues with my first SK refund and also a refusal from KL (which was an error on their side, obviously), but things w...

Re: Brussels Airlines in 2020
I don't represent anything ... I only travel very often and people around me are very upset against SN. And we are far from the cancellation of intercontinental flights. Catastrophic management of the crisis when the State intervened, I am not talking about the situation before. AFKL took two weeks ...

Re: Brussels Airlines in 2020
After 10 months and despite the contribution of the Belgian State, still no beginning of repayment while AF / KL promptly paid its debts ... and we would have to "fly" SN ? Curious ! No one inside SN for answering the question ? When ?... No answer, I conclude that nobody knows anything! ...

Re: Boeing 737 (MAX) news
737 MAX declared "safe" by EASA. I'll wait some time to be onboard again (flew twice on it, even a few days after the first crash)... Little confidence in this sudden turnaround, no doubt caused by economic pressures ... we will have to find out from now on the type of aircraft that opera...

There was an SN flight over Banjul today. I guess we're not repatriating to Banjul anymore. Was the plane empty or in cargo mode only? If not, who are those non-essential passengers ...?

OO-SFG left BRU half an hour ago as SN1303 bound for ROB. Liberia is one of the first African countries to reopen to international traffic, as from yesterday 28JUN actually. The flight left from B Pier. Could this be a first passenger flight to AFI? SN has reviewed the restart that shows all flight...

Re: Impact of the coronavirus crisis on aviation
Qatar and the Arab Emirates like Saudi Arabia for that matter or Kuwait are curiously and proportionally very affected in view of the small population that they naturally have. I find it hard to understand that some are rushing to their airports for flight connections ... for the moment ... the exam...
