Re: Security chaos at Brussels last night
Is there any legal way to demand an alternative to your personal shoes to pass through the scanner? I suppose they can impose it but I remember a commander demanding an alternative because he didn't want to 'dirty' his socks...

Re: Security lacks minimum hygiene
funny enough... as crew we too are scrutinised this way and I refuse to take of my shoes.
For sure if there are no facilities to make sure my socks go unharmed.
So it take 1 minute more, I prefer that over satisfying the Security personell's thirst for power!

Re: BRU 05/01/2009 snow, delays & cancellations
Hi It is very easy for desk people , to say brussels handles things correctly because most of them just see what's on paper, not what happens in reality. RANT ON Tell me, how normall is it, when ALL NATIONAL FORECASTS INDICATE HEAVY SNOW AND FREEZING TEMPERATURES in brussels, that nothing was prepar...

Re: Aviapartner strike @ Brussels Airport (and Flightcare too)
Never said it was my choice to set the price!!!!!
Never said i agree with the b.air b.flex-light concept!!!!
You don't get my point, fine, i'll just shut up then...
Have to say though you're point of views are noted, you have some very valid point, but it's not necessarily something I agree with.

Re: Aviapartner strike @ Brussels Airport (and Flightcare too)
about my post with the 500€ ... don't have it, don't go. My point was maybe missed by some. What I wanted to stress, is not that companies like RYR are needing these people. B.air... we didn't need them for a long time honestly. A lot of our clientel is still business people going to work so why wou...

Re: Aviapartner strike
Don't get me started about Flightcare equipment, i live with it every day Atlantis, don't talk about what you don't know. The people have very good intentions but they don't get the means to do their job right and safe. I agree that it's a pitty for those affected but ATLANTIS: show me 1 other way o...

Re: Aviapartner strike
Do you make all your decision based on your personal emotions? I'm talking about plain facts, management induce a safety compromising working environment and are not willing to accept the fact that people are more and more starting to value their own life. Look, it's very simple, either something ch...

The strikers are right to be dissatisfied of their working conditions but there are others ways to voice your opinion!!! TriStar  Sorry but in this world, I simply don't see it. Tolipanebas i completely agree with you, and sorry about my very contra-managerial voicing over here but it just...

Re: Aviapartner strike
You know what, I am so sick and tired of hearing about poor poor passengers!!!! These days flying costs only a FRACTION of what it used to cost, and still people complain about it. People want cheap flights creating a pressure on the sector to deliver the same for less. So workload increases and the...
