I flew Egyptair last September to ADD. All 4 flights were performed with a B737.

Personally I think it is an OK airline for a 4-5 hours flight. Legroom is sufficient in economy, food is OK without being superb by any means. The Y cabin however feels a bit cramped in case of a full house ...
