Indeed, he should be worried because if I wasn't a pilot myself, I would have called EBBE tower right away to ask them about that traffic, like some nimby ppl would do...

I'm looking for the owner of a C-172 or 182 which flew yesterday afternoon around my house and made 3-4 circles at a height of... lets say less than 500ft !!
For info, I live just on the edge of EBBR CTR and in the EBBE CTR (quite active lately)- HAASRODE reporting point to be precise ...

Delay was due to technical problem with the aircraft. (electrical problem to be more precise)
