If I would have to rank them by "reputation", I think, and this is only a personal opinion, I would rank 1/SFA, 2/Hub Air, and the others behind.
Personally I don't care that much about "reputation" as they will get you all the same licence, so I'm currently learning (PPL for the moment) at New cag ...

not a big deal imho, 35 pilots in comparison of a few hundreds of pilots working for them, they can probably handle this...at least i hope they can...

I got this from a pilot of HBA: They are selling the 767, and they'll create a new airline based in Kinshasa in colaboration with Bru.air, with to 2 Bae146 and 1 737-300: probably coming from Bru.Air. He also told me the name of the new airline: Pan African Airlines.

Until 27 October, HBA is leasing the fourth A330 of Bru Air. But they also made an agreement: HBA can sell some seats on Bru air flights.
