The financial situation of BruAir is so vulnerable that one commercial mistake can be the end of the company. So it is logic that they don't want to take any risk. They will expand if there is an opportunity but not by all means as some of you are sugesting.

As I said before no way will they fly to LDN market too saturated! :P They are flying 12 times a day AMS/LONDON, so why not BRU? Instead of paying money Airbus is offering more A380s at a reduced price as compensation for the late delivery(eg Quantas).
This is costing them less and it fills up their A380 order book, another thing they desperately need.
