Yes, Nikola Tesla is famous for saying "I'm proud of my Croatian home and my Serbian heritage." (or something like that). His father was a Serbian Orthodox priest. Since it is his 150th birthday today there have been many celebrations in Belgrade as 2006 has been proclaimed "Year of Tesla"
