Re: Qantas shuts down engine, aborts flight
What is happening to Qantas ?! They were one of the safest airline weren't they ? And in a period of 6 months they have accounted more than 4 flights incidents among them two were serious if I am not wrong. How can they explain this ?

Re: Hainan proposes to build its own terminal in CRL
I really don't get it ! With all due respect to CRL I can't understand such a choice. Even if Ryanair has a pretty good European network outside CRL, many of these destinations are secondary airports such as Girona or Prestwick that are far away from big cities or at least non comfortable to link af...

Re: Long haul plans at Brussels Airport by 2011
WAW ! I have to say that survey is impressive ...by its complete unconsistency ! With all due respect to the company which did that I don't expect 20% of those destinations to be linked to BRU in the next 5 years. Seriously Miami, Houston, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, HKG, PVG, BKK,... ? They...

Brussels airlines to Beijing flying with A333
Hi everybody I try to book a return flight from BRU to PEK and I saw near the flight information that the flight was operated by Brussels Airlines ? Are they going to switch with Hainan for the codeshare or is it just an error ? Maybe for the "new " 4th A330 ?

Virgin A340 ??
Hey what's the story about the A340 ? I guess it's the -300 ? What route would this aircraft fly ? It is capable of something like 12000km while the A330 only 9500km and for the same pax capacity so it would mean a long trip like LAX for example ... what is the purpose of getting this aircraft iso a...

BRU to One World Intl. Airport and becoming a hub ?
Hi everybody, While I saw all the different topics talking about the future of BRU and the future of SN+VEX, I thought to something that you'll tell me it's totally impossible but I think my plan could work : BRU could become the One World Alliance main airport in continental Europe. Sn is the only ...

Ryanair caught napping: documentary by BBC

Why isn't Brussels a big hub ?
Hey guys I was asking myself why isn't Brussels a big hub ? Is it just because we don't have no more big local airlines ? I mean if you compare BRU and Amsterdam, those two cities are not very different and Brussels seems to be a more important international capital so what is the matter ? It is in ...

I don't find the 333 really ugly but I think like you that they should have painted the front of the aircraft. And concerning the models 1/200 I bought the same at Sn Brussels opening days at BRU and I think it is different from the real one, the 1/200 looks better than the real one, I think the low...

Hey guys you seem to be very happy to see 757-200 at BRU but even if BRU is the city of the 767 I would be very sad in the case of a replacement of the 767 by some thin 757 .
