My girlfriend was on that flight. She did not seem too concerned she said that the aircraft was forced to circle the airport a few times before it could put down. Ryanair sorted here a seat on a flight arriving into Pisa the next day (Saturday 24 June). She arrived at 16h00.

I flew to SAW with Germanwings late in 2004. We flew in about 02h00. There was a cheap private mini bus service that took us to Taksim. Returning (again in the middle of the night) a beat up minibus took usto SAW. It was not a problem.

They still have London Luton <> Liege on their website, whereas Birmingham and Lorient have been removed along with the press release that announced the 3 new routes. Today they have added a new Knock to Dublin route.

I don't know where this article is coming from. The CNN article it refers to states that Airbus deny that they have offered standing seats. The A380 will seat 853 in single class formation so if that's what the airline wants they can order one.

Does anyone know if it is possible for BAe to float off Airbus UK as a share flotation in the UK? I for one would be interested in buying shares. It would also stand more chance of remaining British, unless EADS or Boeing makes a takeover bid.

I don't think Ryanair has a monopoly really, if you take Belgium for an example, Ryanair has a very hard time here. I'm sure we won't see them at Zaventem in the future, if SN have anything to do with it.
