luckely it all ended well and there wasn't any serious threat to the aircraft

Also had the opportunity to visit SFA thanks to a big contract my company got with SFA.

If you look closely at this picture , you can see the fire burning on the landing gear.

From what I've heard, no panic and the PAX were very calm about the whole thing. Always nice when emergencies end like this. Just goes to show you how well even old Airbus and Boeing aircraft are built ...
