There was no first flight, yet.

modifications are in progress, in Taiwan. This was just a "photoshop" first flight.

As someone mentioned, you can see there are no hinges on the right hand side located at the aft fuselage.

Also, this will not be the coloring scheme.

Bombardier's idea of CRJ is far older then Embraer's...it can be dated back to Bill Lear and his further development on Learfan a.k.a. Challenger...Canadair bought that project with intention to stretch it...ERJ 135 was not even an idea at that time...

Hello. Airbus really needs to resolve some internal issues, at least in terms of strategy and engineering leadership.


Fro my point of view (experience including) that is what is killing them. German bosses, French bosses, brits...too much mess and they really have to be a part of a team ...

When this happens (in future) Humboldt et al. will be long gone from Airbus. These things (starting new production, taking over technologies) will still take time but it is truth, that Airbus is just looking for some more money and to kiss up good to Chinese.

Sadly they do not have Japanese ...

No changes in fuselage except the two plugs. It would be to costly. Some changes to the wing with composite tech transfer from 787 and other programs.

Also a lot of systems are supposed to be new (cargo, seat tracks for new 16G seats etc).

So plenty of changes not that obvious. But definitely ...
