I spotted this on the UL70 airway over east Ireland last week. He turned dramatically towards the GELKI intersection and I snapped this result. Hope you like it:

I've seen some of the photographers standing on small stepladders - you know the ones with just three steps and the top step is like a bit of a platform? Most of those will easily fit in the boot of a car . . .

Those photos were taken down the far end of RWY28 (RWY10!) where there is an embankment which overlooks the fence into the airfield. It's very good for the rotations, and, when the planes are coming in from the west onto RWY10, for the touchdowns, as you can see from the gallery where I got a ...

There's a raised embankment down the far end of RWY 28 (RWY10 !) between the road and the second long-term car park. It's a great spot for rotations . . .
