Aviation Blog

Iam sure starting a blog would be a least priority for them vis-a-vis the problems they face. Anyhow, iam not being b...

Interiors Branding
Does any one have any material or a link with respect to the branding of airline interiors. How different and difficult is it to brand and market an interior of an aircraft vis-a-vis other products available on the ground. More on the lines of advertising/marketing based information.
Thanks.
Thanks.

What i meant was cameras which are installed in the cabin area which are used for monitoring passengers in the cabin. Such video would be played live to the pilot in the cockpit so as to monitor activities in the cabin area [More on the lines of CCTV i guess]. I believe few airlines have installed t...

Any literature on this front would be appreciated.

Fiber Optics in Commercial Aerospace
Does anyone have an idea as to whether Fiber optics is being used in commercial aviation as such, if it is, then where does it find its application. I have come to know that Fiber optics is likely to be used for cabin lighting. Fiber optics being a much lighter and more reliable medium can also be u...

At a time when 47% of the US airline capacity is operating under bankruptcy, the fuel prices being at monumental heights, the lost cost carriers [LCC] with their no-nonsense model have become a pain in the balance sheet of legacy carriers, what do you think you will do as a CEO of a legacy carrier t...
