just saw on the VTM-news that an SN-aircraft made an emergency landing in GOT.

On A.net there is an message about an RJ85, and that the nose wheel collapsed during landing, but no injuries...

Any more information? Which aircraft? Damage?

holidays are coming, and on 28 may till 05 june 2005, it's our turn 8)

Leaving BRU (28 may 2005) on SN3617 to NCE and returning on SN3620 (5 june), and I do have some questions:

1/ I'm travelling together with my wife and baby (16 months): how is the treatment in the airport ...

But how is it possible that your seat gets changed after check-in?? If the seat was already assigned to me the previous day? And I was not the last economy class passenger to arrive at the airport either?

My mother checked in using the internet on the same flight a week before, she did get the ...

My first flight was somewhere in 1987 or 1988, with a Sabena 737-200, from Antwerp to Brussels... (schooltrip...), but I can't remember much of it...

My first 'real' flight was with an Austrian A310-300 VIE-JFK...

For the moment I do believe that both planes will have there market in the future. DOn't forget that there are some airport which will face major congestion problems in the near future. The only way to increase the number of passengers will be to fly with bigger planes.

Isn't Austrian Airlines Group reorganising and that in future Lauda will be the charter-division, Austrian the mainline carrier and Austrian Arrows (operated by Tyrolean) the regional carrier?

I thought that Lauda's 777's will be repainted in austrian-livery...
