More than 400 CEOs and senior executives representing the entire spectrum of the European aviation community are attending the European Regions Airline Association’s (ERA’s) 2015 General Assembly (GA) in Berlin between 13-15 October.
Speakers and panellists at this year’s event include Stefan Pichler, CEO of Air Berlin, Árni Gunnarsson, Managing Director of Air Iceland, John Strickland of JSL Consulting, Hugh Flynn, CEO of ASL Aviation Group, and Gerald Murphy, Partner at Crowell & Moring, Washington, DC.
“ERA’s annual conference continues to grow in importance and popularity every year,” says Simon McNamara, ERA’s Director General. “We have 48 airlines attending this year’s event, along with the association’s airport, manufacturer and supplier members. The conference is an ideal opportunity for them to network and do business with each other, as well as discuss the industry’s strategic challenges. It is just one of ERA’s many annual events that allow members to identify and address common industry opportunities and threats.

The ERA annual airline and airport awards will be announced at the prestigious gala dinner on 14 October and the event closes on 15 October with the annual general meeting where a number of new board member elections will be announced.
