As a flight test aircraft, the first C919 needs to complete system calibration work and experimental instruments installation before the first flight.

As the first turbofan regional jet developed by China completely in accordance with international airworthiness standards, ARJ21-700 aircraft had been formally delivered to the first customer Chengdu Airlines on November 29th, 2015. After that, the airline will operate ARJ21 with passengers formally. ARJ21 aircraft will take Chengdu as the base at the initial stage of demonstration operation with point-to-point pattern, and arrange the courses based on flight safety and operation warrant.
