707 or DC-8

When sitting in the train from the coast to Mechelen I saw in the vicinity of Melle ( between Gent and Dendermonde ) next to the street a plane ( with engines ) which was parked there. I thought it was either a 707 or DC-8
Can someone tell me what it's doing there? Is it perhaps a restaurant like the A310 in Gilly ( Charleroi ). Than I want to go there.
I'm curious...

I think I saw it once on television, but I'm not sure if its a 707 or a DC-8. As far as I can remember I would say a B707.
And I also don't know why it's there

I saw the B707 to when i whas cycling near the dirty "Schelde".

That's only a few km's from me...

It was also used before to train Sabena cleaning staff I believe...

I read a report and saw a photo of that 707 in "Airliner World" a couple of years ago, I am going to Mechelen soon so I will look out for it when I go on the train.
