Quite a lot of pilots and cabin crew were approached as well ;)

so they should know where they will be based ... that's the first question to any job in Belgium, given the traffic nightmare

But quality of life is important for anyone, isn't it ?
If I had to spend hours getting there, better live there. And why live "there", if I can live in a "better there" ;)

It seems clear to me that the final location is not yet known - if it were, they had never mentioned Mont St Guibert which is obviously there for lack of better information.
