JAF from 28/10: BRU - BJL via SID, 2x week 737-800
Re: Jetairfly in 2016
I wish Jetairfly good luck but i don't think it will be very comfortable with a boeing 737-800!
Re: Jetairfly in 2016
That's probably about 7 hours flying time? (From LIS it's about 4 hours to SID...) No thanks!SLM wrote:I wish Jetairfly good luck but i don't think it will be very comfortable with a boeing 737-800!

Re: Jetairfly in 2016
Actually, BRU-SID or BRU-BJL is only about 10 minutes difference, flying wise. What makes it long is ofcourse the triangular flight (1 hour between SID & BJL + 40 min turnaround).barnabelg wrote:That's probably about 7 hours flying time? (From LIS it's about 4 hours to SID...) Is the name "Jetairfly" now officially history, or are the TUI markings just to streamline the different partners in the TUI group?

Since 1 May, Jetairfly serves Belgian chips (fries) on board, with mayonnaise or ketchup, for €4.50 (or €7.00 with a Jupiler ).
Isn't it dangerous to have boiling oil an a galley? Unless they are prepared in a microwave oven...
Edit: No, they are cooked in an oven!

Really? Never saw them on any of my Ryanair flights, otherwise I would certainly have purchased somesean1982 wrote:they are oven fries, obviously. FR has been serving them for 5 years already
And now I hear that SN will also propose them after 1 July (at the same time as Belgian waffles).

How STUPID to sell something called Belgian French fries! Either they're Belgian, or they're those rubbishy French ones.
Re: Jetairfly in 2016
They're tastefull though, with Brussels sprouts from Antwerp and hollandaise sauce from Germany.Ozzie1969 wrote:How STUPID to sell something called Belgian French fries! Either they're Belgian, or they're those rubbishy French ones.
