Flightradar shows AMS as destination airport for the Kuwait BBJ.

Flight radar doesn't "know" any of the destinations. It makes an educated guess based on flight numbers that were used in the past for certain routes. If an airliner flies LHR-JFK daily using the same flight number, that educated guess will practically always be correct.
However, the nature of the flights in BBJs, is such that the same callsign/fight number is often used throughout many flights and trips. As such, it's neigh-on impossible for FR24 to get these routes correctly into the system.

I have a feeling tango lima's information is based on far more accurate systems, than the "guesstimated" database used by FR24, not that there's anything wrong with that.

I am 100% agree with you KriVa. Here there is overwhelming evidence. So the next time the same flight number will be direction BRU. Seeing is believing.
