Just and well advance information:

On Thursday 5th of February there will be a NATO Defence Ministers meeting held in Brussels.
The Usual guests will be expected (the US Sec of Defence will be present, normally with Boeing E-4B).

Start time not known but usually is in the morning so visitors should be expected to arrive as of Wednesday and possibly some on Thursday early morning.

The Boeing E-4B will normally be used by Vice-President Joe Biden who is coming the next day (see this forum on 06/02/2015).

Ukraine should normally be present, as the ministers are expected to move forward on the alliance’s Readiness Action Plan, which was launched at the Wales summit in September in response to Russia’s actions in Ukraine.

That will most certainly be the arrival of the delegation of US Vice president Joe Biden.

He will meet with Belgian Prime minister tomorrow and also have talks with EU president and EU council president.
