Can someone confirm that the E190 cannot use twy B? Have seen 737 (and similar) using twy B in the past. Changed regulations so that all bigger birds will always have to backtrack?? Or something specific to E190 or Jetair SOP's?
Nothing to do with the twy, but watched this bird now several times depart, from pretty close (250m) behind, right between the app lights, and this is a very, very silent bird from the rear aspect. Watched several older generation (Citations and similar) depart, that noticeably make more noise.

What a pity. This would have been a marvellous opportunity to see a very innovative plane with its jet engines above the wing.tangolima wrote:HondaJet visit to ANR cancelled

Hello
Based on those 2 pictures (not my pictures) It seems GVA is also not very profitable... I only count 7 pax (incl. the photographer)

First Jetairfly from Antwerp to Ibiza today, and Jetairfly had two B.V.'s (Famous Flemish People) on that flight: Koen Wauters and Tanja Dexters (both with their families). Koen Wauters is a singer, tv presenter and autoracer (Dakar and touringcars). Tanja Dexters was Miss Belgium 1998 en she's now also a singer and tv presenter, and kind of a stuntwoman.
Press was present off course:

Jetairfly confirmed that Antwerp-Milan is cancelled for good, mainly because the expensive hotels make it a too expensive holiday destination. Antwerp-Rome will start end of this year.

Strong passenger growth at Antwerp in first half 2015
Antwerp Airport has achieved substantial passenger growth in the first six months of 2015. In total, the airport processed 90,000 passengers, an increase of 55.8 percent compared to the same period last year. The growth is due to new routes opened by VLM Airlines and Jetairfly.
June for Antwerp Airport is an absolute top. The number of 23,928 passengers showed the highest number of passengers in a single month since November 2001. The growth is mainly in passengers on scheduled flights. In June 2015 17,520 passengers took scheduled flights, compared to only 4,835 in June of last year.
Good news for local residents is that the number of flights has decreased at Antwerp Airport. Compared to June 2014, there were five percent fewer movements last month. The decline in the number of flight movements for training flights (-687) completely offset the increase in the number of movements for scheduled flights (+362).
