Turkish and Belgian civil aviation authorities have signed an updated agreement to increase destinations and frequencies:

Nine destinations in Belgium? In addition to the big five and KJK, I wonder where they will find the.

Furthermore, none of the Belgian operators is capable of competing with the airlines of Turkey (even Jetair and Thomas Cook are subcontracting their flights to Turkey to Turkish charter airlines). Hence I think that this agreement is entirely in favour of Turkey: I fail to see which benefit Belgium will get from such an agreement.

Thomas Cook Airlines will perform a daily flight to AYT this summer iso giving them to Tailwind or Onur Air.
Maybe a change in tactics? Are those Turkish carriers still as competitive?
