Correct. I noticed OO-SSX shooting the approach for 25L, and had the opportunity to take a few photos from very far away. I'm not able to upload them now, but the RAT is indeed extended.

Secondly, it seems to me that the OO-DWI has left the fleet. He didn't perform any flights since 26/9 and was planned to leave this month.
Indeed

The two?
Three in total, two A319 (OO-SSX and OO-SSO) and one A332 (OO-SFT)
Nobody is talking about OO-SNI A320 to be added to the fleet in 2Q17. Correct ?

That plane started its "career" with Eurofly (!) ;) , an Italian company now apparently defunct (re ;)) .

Shouldn't SN think about adding Embraer or Bombardier to their fleet. If the AVROs are phased out, they will need some smaller planes for the smaller destinations? They could also use this kind of planes to try out new routes, like Innsbruck, Salzburg...

They are not planning on adding any new type to their fleet (for now). The Avros will be replaced by A320 series and wet leases.

Correct. This summer they used the D-AWBA and there are some embraers (G-RJXI certainly) used from BMI regional as I remember correcty.

Smaller planes will be wet-leased from Flybe, bmi Regional, and others if needed.

It seems a good idea to test new regional destinations with wet-leased planes. A bit more expensive probably, but way less risky.

Today Avro RJ100 OO-DWI left the fleet and, with its titles removed, took off from Brussels Airport one last time as SN9901. Back to the lessor at Cranfield (England).

I thought DWI stopped operations at the end of september. Btw a nice quote on the DWI: at the back of the plane, there are the lockers for drink cups etc. Those were still with the Sabena logo, not Brussels Airlines :D

Last week, Austrian flights OS89/90 (VIE-EWR and v/v) were carried out several times by a Lufthansa A340-300 instead of the usual B767. Is this the kind of cooperation we can expect from LH when it takes over 100% of SN?
