Delta has this week expanded its international network with two new routes from its home base in Atlanta (ATL). Kuwait (KWI) will be served non-stop four times weekly while Mumbai (BOM) will be served daily. Both routes will be served by 777-200s. Delta had served Mumbai from New York since November 2006 but has now terminated the route in favour of the Atlanta service. United currently serves Kuwait from Washington Dulles, while Kuwait Airways flies to New York JFK.
