Tue 04 Nov: delays (fog) in BRU, OST, ANR, AMS

Seems BRU hasn't too many diverted flights however. Dutch press mentions that also Paris-airports are affected.

ANR:

OST:

For tourists, checking this site : you have to board at the normal check-in time, because delays may become less and the check-in counters close as if there was no delay.

And for a special friend here: no, airlines do not have to pay for drinks or meals - and they do not have to pay compensation when a flight is cancelled because of extreme weather conditions.

As I read Belgocontrol's meteo pages, the fog should be lifting from 11 hrs local - but looking at EBGB webcam at 12h local shows the a/d still closed, and to good reason!
