Singapore Airlines to suspend its service to Madrid, open new route

Post by Av24.be »

With effect from 31 October 2004, Singapore Airlines will suspend its three-times weekly B747-400 service to Madrid and plan to replace them with codeshare services of its Star Alliance partners through other European gateways.
From 31 October 2004, Singapore Airlines (SIA) will launch a weekly non-stop service to Cape Town, South Africa. The weekly non-stop service will complement the Airline’s twice weekly services to the city via Johannesburg.
SIA also adds three additional services a week to Brisbane, Australia and two to Guangzhou, China a week.
