The results of an investigation into the C-5 Galaxy crash at Dover Air Force Base, Del., on April 3 found that human error was the cause.

Lockheed is Boeings biggest competitor in the Military aviation market, and won the competition for the Joint Strike Fighter.

I guess you're confusing Lockheed with McDonnelDouglas, wich Boeing took over in the late 90's...

You can see very well how they make the mistake by putting eng 3 (fully operational) to idle (flight idle 29 % N1) and advancing throttle of eng 2 (not running). So they where flying a C-5 heavy loaded on 2 engines on short final and by retracting the flaps to 40 % they stalled !
