Web update : BRU Spotting Guide + MS Excel Timetable

Post by Robin_Bamps »

Hello everybody,

I've updated my website http://www.robinbamps.tk. An up to date and extensive BRU Spotting Guide and the BRU Winter Timetable 05/06 containing all scheduled pax and cargo flights in Microsoft Excel format are now available at my website.

Spotting Guide  http://www.geocities.com/the2rbs/bruguide.html
Timetable in xls  http://www.geocities.com/the2rbs/brutimetable.html

Note that my website has a limited data transfer of 4.2MB per hour.

Regards, Robin Bamps.

Nice job, Robin. Is your source BIAC? Do you only show arrivals? Why not departures?

Nice, and very useful, especially the spotting guides...

One small suggestion though... Why not update the spotting guides with ways to get there by public transport, not everybody has a car...

Thanks all for the comments and suggestions :D

The source I used to compile the timetable was BIAC indeed, as stated in the banner on top of the table. As it is February already (and my spare time was limited that weekend), I've limited the document to an arrivals list temporary. When I replace the file with the summer timetable at the end of March, I'll include a departure list too.

A nice suggestion ! I guess I'll have to do a bit of research on that one though, as I'm not fully aware of the public transport possibilities (train and bus connections etc.).

Can you explain me what a .cvs file is  and how I can create one without losing the data currently used in the .xls file ?

Thx in advance :!:
